Employee Dining Program (EDP)

Terms & Conditions

The Sally’s Apizza Employee Dining Program (“EDP”) is a benefit provided to eligible salaried employees to enjoy the Sally’s Apizza experience with family and friends while off duty. Participation in the program indicates acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

EDP cards are issued to eligible salaried employees after 90 days of employment. The program is available to qualifying members of the executive team, corporate support team, operations leadership, training team, and restaurant management.

Participation in the program is contingent upon active employment with the company.

Program Funding

EDP cards are funded periodically by the company based on role and program structure.

Funding schedules, balances, and limits are determined by the company and may vary by role. Balances are subject to internal program caps and may only be replenished at designated funding intervals.

Funding policies may be modified at the company’s discretion.

Permitted Use

EDP funds may be used for food and beverage purchases at Sally’s Apizza restaurant locations.

Funds may be used in conjunction with the standard employee discount when applicable.

EDP funds cannot be used for delivery orders, third-party ordering platforms, catering services or private events, purchasing gift cards or merchandise.

EDP funds have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents.

Use of the card constitutes agreement to comply with all program rules.

Gratuity Policy

All EDP dining experiences will have an automatic 20% gratuity applied to the check.

Gratuity cannot be paid using EDP funds and must be paid using a personal payment method.

Executive-level EDP cards may be used to cover gratuity.

Program Usage Rules

Employees must follow standard guest procedures when using the EDP program.

The following rules apply:

– The program may only be used while the employee is off duty

– Employees must present their EDP card at the time of payment

– Reservations are required for dine-in experiences where applicable

– The program does not allow employees to bypass standard waitlists, reservations, or service procedures

– Takeout orders are subject to standard restaurant availability and production capacity

– Multiple transactions in a single day are not permitted

– Bottles of wine may not be purchased for takeout using EDP funds

– Employees are expected to represent the brand responsibly while using the program.

Cardholder Presence
The Employee Dining Program card is issued to an individual employee and may only be used when the cardholder is present for the dining experience. The card may not be shared, transferred, or used by other individuals without the employee present. Unauthorized use of an EDP card may result in suspension or termination of program privileges.

Post-Visit Feedback
Employees using the Employee Dining Program are expected to help support continuous improvement of the guest experience.

Team members must complete the EDP survey within 24 hours of their dining experience. The survey link can be accessed by scanning the QR code on the EDP card or through the program page.

Feedback collected through this survey helps leadership evaluate service, food quality, and operational standards across all locations.

Lost or Stolen Cards
Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately to the Accounting Department. Replacement cards may be issued for a $10 processing fee.

Employment Status

EDP funds are only valid while actively employed by the company.

Upon separation from the company for any reason:

– The EDP card becomes invalid

– Any remaining balance is forfeited

– The card must be returned if requested

Program Misuse

Sally’s Apizza reserves the right to suspend or terminate EDP privileges if the program is misused or if any of the program guidelines are violated.

Misuse may include, but is not limited to:

– Using the program while working scheduled hours

– Attempting to bypass standard guest procedures

– Improper transactions or repeated violations of program rules

Program Changes
Sally’s Apizza reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Employee Dining Program at any time. Program rules, funding levels, or eligibility requirements may change without prior notice.

Questions
Employees with questions regarding the program should contact Accounting or their Operations leadership team.
